New Reputation System

Reputation is now gained based on post and topic count, the more you post and create topics, the more rep you get. Also, what is good about this Rep System is that I can easily manage it, by "RESETTING" rep boosters (users who spam the forum to gain a high rep count). I may also add rep to a user account.
